Zhonghao Company Obtained Significant Efficiency in the work of Improving Quality and Reducing Cost

Since this year, Zhonghao Company earnestly implemented relevant spirits of “Two Meeting”, insisting on the main line of improving quality and reducing cost. The specific work included technical transformation, process optimization, repairing old and utilizing the waste. Through mechanism perfection, measure improving, carrying out strictly, we realized maximizing the benefits.

Firstly, full implementation of process optimization and technical transformation. According to this, ADA products quality index was greatly improved; PSA system hydrogen utilization was improved, saving purge gas more than 200,000m³ annually; Cooling plants in tanks area saved electric quantity 116 KWH monthly.

Secondly, insisting on repairing old and utilizing the waste. This year, we saved about 520,000 RMB, reduced buy new Equipments and improved the using time of old ones.

Thirdly, imported Spare Parts Localization. To solve the problems of long-time changing period, high cost, delayed service for imported spare parts, Zhonghao presented work vision “Imported Spare parts Localization, domestic high-end spare parts replacing”, and made spare parts manage &control measures. Presently, domestic mechanical seal replacing imported ones have made progress, which find a new way to reduce material purchasing cost. This year we saved about 700,000 RMB.

Fourthly, fully promoting management control level. To reduce purchase cost, we strictly controlled the purchase procedure. The conference expense, entertainment expense, travel expense were strictly controlled. We also strengthened the management of official vehicles, minimizing unproductive expenditure.
